I've never slept well but lately I've been sleeping extra badly because I've been having nightmares nearly every night...

FruitLoops

Stay away from negativity. (all forms) Turn off the TV, don't read the newspaper and mostly, don't come to the org. for salvation.

(all temporary, although needed for self-reflection free of other influences, but your own)

Listen to 101 positive thinking. I'm serious.

I have this too. I think that I'm just so much of a thinker (psychology major) that when my mind is left to roam, it goes crazy. But yeah, I agree...stay away from negativity if at all possible!

i know what you mean natisse. last week i was completely stressing about some drama with my daughter's father (long story, but he hasn't seen her in 20 months and now he's gonna have visitation again) coupled with the fact that we were going to spend our first night apart since she was born!! all week long i was having nightmares about her being hurt or in danger. the first one last monday night was really twisted (as dreams usually are) but ended up with her in a dressing room in an abandoned department store with her arm stapled to the wall so she wouldn't move! (in the dream i had been trying to find her and the person who was supposed to be babysitting her, and that's where i found them.) the next night i dreamt something about her falling out a window, and the next night we were trying to escape a killer dog!! i didn't get much sleep last week at all!!

things are better now. we had our night apart, and we both survived, and the drama with her dad is calmer now. is there anything in your life that is really bothering you right now? any reason you would be having these dreams?? do these dreams give you any clues as to what it could be?

Bad dreams freak me out!! I handle it by figuring out what everything represents..u know analyse it..realise da meaning...and spend the whole day shrugging off dat icky anxious feeling it seems to leave behind!! By da end of da day, i've forgotten the bad feeling it leaves and all is okay thumbs up! woot! Remember Tisse, burn lavender oil- if u don't, i'll buy you some!!! Make sure whatever u get has da latin terminology for it's plant name, otherwise it'z not pure and will release unwanted toxins.

Maybe it's to do with your trip to USA or London, England. Maybe being away from home is bothering you???

Hope you feel better Nat. Get out and go have some fun and relax.
