we had an ice storm last night ... and now the wind is blowing and the power is flickering

though they can be damaging and make life hard for a day or two ... i think they are beautiful in their own way

I don't mind the snow. It's the ice I don't like. I can drive in the snow and walk in the snow, but driving and walking in the ice freaks me out . I had a bad fall one time in the ice. nearly broke ma hip
