...doing what you thought you'd do?

I only ask because if you'd asked me 10 years ago my projected vision of myself, was not this!!

Where I thought I'd be? yes
Where I wanted to be? no

No. I try to face it.

No. My life seriously derailed about a year ago. It's ok, I'm rollin' with it.

did i think i was going to be a poor freelance writer? no.

is it the best thing that's ever happened to me? hell yeah!

Untill 2 yrs ago I thought I was.
Now? No.

where i thought i'd be: in school, studying the arts...im there... so yeah that worked out

i also always fantasized about falling in love because i havent in a long time, and that happened
but almost anything concerning my family has been total desaster...

so in some aspects of my life where i thought and where i wanted to be came true, whereas in other aspects of life things haven't quite worked themselves out yet...

Where I thought I'd be? As far as a career, no. For everything else, yes.
Where I wanted to be? Same answer.

Mostly yes...maybe a little behind, but catching up quickly

i'm no where near where i want to be, but i'm trying my damn best to catch up on it.

still on my way.....it's not the destiny that counts, but the journey to it!

Yes, but I shoulda been more specific in my goals 10 years ago.

I thought I was and then, after taking stock of my life, I realized that in many ways I was exactly where I thought I'd never be in life.

That was about 3 years ago and I've taken steps to turn things around, but now, as I approach 40 I've found that I'm where I'd hoped to be as I approached 30.

Some aspects of my life are just as I want them and some definately are not.

No. But I'm happy with where I am, and probably where I "should" be, if that makes any sense...

I guess to many extents, I am where I wanted to be, but I didn't really want to be anywhere.

Back in 1996, I wanted to move out to phoenix arizona, really since about 1990, and now I am here.

Back then I would like to have had my own business where I set the rules and make money doing so, and I am here.

However, I would like to be working with a feature film crew on credible movies, and I am not there yet.
