Some Lost questions:
-When Locke got caught beneath the blast door, do you think someone purposefully triggered the doors to lower the way Desmond was shown to do in his flashback?...Or was it just a coincidence that they came down? -Is "Libby" an insider for the Hanso Foundation in some way??...She keeps showing up in the Losties flashbacks by 'coincidence' (in Ecko's flashback, in Hurley's flashback, now in Desmond's flashback--AND she just happens to have a boat for Desmond to use?)...is she a link of sorts between all the people who have ended up crashed on the island? Also, when Libby and Hurley first met, Libby said she remembered Hurley because he stepped on her foot while boarding the plane...she remembered him coming on last. Which would mean she was already seated. But Libby was part of the "tail end" survivors...which would mean her seat was behind Hurley's not in front of it...so he couldn't have stepped on her foot while boarding the plane. Is she lying, or is that a script fuck up?..lol..And is she lying because she is (well, was) an insider working for Hanso in some capacity? -Why is all the computer equpment so antiquated and old if the Dharma Initiative is/was still going strong?...At first it seemed as if the whole Dharma thing stopped maybe in the mid to late 80's, and the "Others" have been stranded on the island since then, undetected by the rest of the world. But obviously it's still going in full strength...why not update the equipment and training films??..lol -In the flasback with Desmond, Libby says her deceased husband's name was "David"...Hurley's imaginary friend while in the mental institution was named "Dave"...Libby and Hurley were in the same mental institution. Coincidence? Or did Hurley's "Dave" look like Libby's husband? -When Ecko and Locke found the Pearl station, it had obviously not been used in a very long time...there was thick dust covering everything. When did the inhabitants leave, and why? -Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, on the island seemed all too concerned about the white flash and sky turning purple after Desmond activated the fail-safe...the Others just went about their business after it was over, and even the crash survivors were mildly curious at best...Claire asked questions like "So what happened back there?", but that's it...and this is AFTER the hatch door flew through the air and landed 5 feet away from her child! ...Not to mention Charlie seemed extremely nonchalant about whatever happened in the hatch, and the possibility of Ecko and Locke not surviving it. Why?

To fuck with Locke's mind, which he had been doing all along...as well as to make locke no longer have anything keeping him connected to the Losties' camp. If the button doesn't need to be pushed, he can more easily be pryed away from the group to join the Others...which Fake Henry said was his goal all along.

Ok...I've only recently gotten into Lost so not sure if this is old news on here or not..lol...but I saw this on another message board site...kinda freaky, but moreso an interesting possible insight into where the "Lost" creators minds are in all this..
If you open Notepad (not Wordpad or Word, etc)...do this: Hold down the ALT key, then type in the "numbers" without any spaces (4815162342), then let go of the ALT key...you should see a symbol that looks like this: µ This is the symbol for mu (lower case)... Now go to Google and look up mu..or rather "island of mu". Here's what the first one I clicked on says: "I ran across a few books, namely the "The Island of Mu," "The Children of Mu," and "Symbols of Mu." I forget the authour's name, but he claims that he's found a lost island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean between Oceania and South America. In the preface to his books, he mentions that he learned this information from a Hindu priest who kept hidden the secret tablets of the Naacals, which detailed the history of this island of Mu." And here's a site that deals with...a helluva bunch o' shit..lol... http://www.users.globalne...lofMan.htm Most interesting is this section (I'm pasting this from the other site): "genetic upgrading took place on Mu and the Turaneusiam DNA template of 12 strands was restored amongst the Lumarians and some Alanians...The scientists and priests of Mu were aware of the probability of this forthcoming disaster, and preparations were made.... The individual consciousness of personalities would be trapped in dimensional suspension, unable to hook up to their collective state and the morphogenetic field of the planet Tara. In anticipation a great plan for a rescue mission was devised....now with restored 12-strand DNA and located on Mu, time travelled into the probable future, containing the fallen Earth. They converted their forms, at the collective level of the Ur-Tarranates, into pure energy, creating a gestalt of consciousness that took the form of a sphere. In doing so, a portal was created from this Earth to Tara prior to its collapse...The inevitable disruption occurred in the core of Tara. Components of its grid system and morphogenetic field were ripped off." [Edited 5/28/06 0:23am]
