Today's question - because we are shaping up. What is you favorite exercise?
Got tips? Share to benefit others in the quest for strength, beauty, and flexiblity. I like to do door frame presses where you stand about two feet from the door and do a standing push up against the frame while keeping your heels planted to stretch the back of your legs. I get an uppper and lower body work that way. No More Haters on the Internet. | |

Run 3x's/week 8-10 m runs, swim one mile laps weekly, weight train, occasionally with a personal trainer. If starting out with a new exercise, it helps to have an experienced buddy to help you along. Drink plenty of water even if swimming laps. Do warm up stretching. | |
