My Ex called to wish me a happy Valentine's!

Together 5 years and not once did he acknowledge or remember Valentines. My birthday was no different. They all came and went without wellwishes, gifts or even happy birthday. Let's not even talk about the trainwreck that is crhistmas. I think I got one gift in 5 years. Seriously. So my phone rings this morning and it's him wishing me a happy valentines! whofarted I guess him leaving the state and moving cross country made him a better boyfriend. He should have moved years ago! lol

I know it's good to hear...and it's good that he's finally treating you the way you deserve to be treated...but, it's too little and too late. You need the exact opposite of him...someone who's wonderful most of the time and is a jerk a small part of the time instead of the other way around. hug
