i am starting to re-read

'the lovely bones' as i balled my way through it the first time.

I just started "Rip it Up: The Black Experience in Rock 'N' Roll"

I finished this good book, its was a Montgomery Clift biography. I enjoyed it greatly.

I've got some good, easy and fun reading for you guys... Note: for the intellectuals, it's not Hemingway.





The last one, Breaking Dawn, is due to be released August 1st.

It's fantasy/fiction... a very different take on Vampires and Werewolves, with a high school backdrop. It's classified as Young Adult, but, as with Harry Potter books, they have captured the interest of all ages.

It's a collection of interviews, magazine articles and show reviews of various artists: Jimi Hendrix, Lenny Kravitz, Slash, Little Richard, Ike & Tina... Prince is included.
I've only read a few so far. I skipped to Slash 1st. I was interested to read how his ethnicity was addressed.
