Bush: Who will he pardon on the way out?

Any ideas what criminals Bush will pardon in his last days? He already helped a few friends 2 a few Billion dollars of tax payers money. What's left in the last 3 months of this administration?

he has already pardoned Osama Bin Laden, Enron, Halliburton, just to name a few.... now he has passed a bill to pardon wallstreet.
