i havent recieved the tickets (or the person buying them) either though i think i read on one of the other threads that someone phoned ticketmaster and they said they should be out in the next hour or so but that was a while ago

I have my ticket confirmation but still waiting for the actual PDF tickets.

I spoke to ticketmaster help desk and they said:

"The system is having a few difficulties at the minute and they hope to fix it in the next couple of hours"

That was a 12.40pm. The guy was really helpful though. I can call back at any time and they will change the tickets to 'Collect at Box Office', then all I need to do is turn up with my order number and credit card. He said they can do that on the system till quite close to the doors open time. If I dont get my email with the PDF tickets by about 4ish, call back and they can change it over to collect at the box office.

Bit old fashioned but I am travelling down from Doncaster so would like to have some tickets in hand before I go. Time is now 13.55 and still no actual tickets!!!

Does anyone know this club - Koko? Is there anywhere safe and close to park? And is anyone else travelling down? Need a lift?

I haven't had a confirmation email.

i tried calling them, but it's busy.

I printed off the sheet that gives my order number when i originally purchased the tickets.

Do you think this will be enough?

I'm not sure but I wouldn't do it myself. The page on Ticketmaster that describes how these PDF tickets works says they have a barcode on it that gets scanned at the venue, and my confirmation email doesn't have that on it.

I still haven't had mine and its now 14.10 - waiting.....

I've had the PDF for other gigs i've been to lately - they look much like normal tickets with the barcode which them gets scanned at the venue. Once scanned - the ticket is logged so it can't be copied and used again.

Just the confirmation e-mail is not good enough.
