NPGmc- Thinking About Cha

I am wondering why a site of such an influential artist as Prince is so stiff and unwelcoming. If I draw comparisons to my other favourite artist it seems we miss out on a lot that could make NPGmc a lot more fun.

Bjork has got;
Free video’s.
Scanned articles from magazines, compiled by fans.
Beautiful wallpapers that go with every release.
Bjork remarks on lots of things; influences and silly things.
An oversight of previous gigs, including setlists and pics.
A discography that is really, really meticulous, compiled by fans.
A bootography. Jeez. Imagine! Prince NOT being uptight and control freakish…
Kewl links.
A corner for members (you don’t have to pay though) where you can chat, have a profile,
an art gallery, a forum, a lounge……
A very extended picture gallery.
A very kewl news corner. Keeping you updated on mags Bjork appears in, tv appearances and concerts and releases.

NPGmc has……a few of these but all inferior to what bjork.com has to offer. And discussing all the downloads of last year does not count; those are membership perks that I am not getting into.

What I do not like about NPGmc is the way it looks. It is all dark and gloomy. A man of so many resources like Prince should make use of it and offer the people that follow his career a better view on what he does instead of just throwing them some crumbs.
There is so much that could be gained by just being a bit more accessible. A bit more navigatable. Showing that you care as much about your fans as they like your music. So many things that people that become part of the NPGmc have to pay money for is accessible for free for fans from other artists.
And I did not even talk about BOWIENET…..

Jeez.

Imagine…

I think bjork.org must be calling your name. Give them our love and don't come back.

I'll bet you $10 that there are people on some message board somewhere going "Bjork sucks, why doesn't she tour in my town? how come I didn't get a new album this month? That Selma Songs crap sucked the big one!" And I'm sure it's just as boring to read there as it is to read here.

Ok Tru the site is not interactive as we all like from HIM when he's onstage, but remember that this is not way to commute with his fans. it's all about music

Also eye think that's why this site is so beloved by Us. worship

THOUGH when this is said, I do find that they should b more informative and treat the NPGMC with more regards and honour them (and me) with special treatments like they did last year. I do suspect that this site will not that big Next year as it is now because of the lack of creativity, service and wishes from their members.

PLEASE NPGMC WHEN YOU READ THIS : I DO NOT OFFEND YOU BUT WANT TO LEARN U SOMETHING ABOUT KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

yes eye Know 4 every member their is another wish, but think of how to keep your members.
