What happened to the NPGMC chats?

Chats that were brought up during the Renewal period for Members?

Just curious cuz it got people on there that do not exactly visit the Org every day & it was interesting to try n figure out which Paisley Staff member we were talking to.

Other things brought up in the last chat by PP staff;

perhaps a released perfect quality "Moonbeam Levels"

Also brought up that Prince was not thinking bout having a Celebration this year cuz Sabatoge makes more money thne Prince does from it. (still had one tho)

He also said that Ozzy was gonna join him as a "soldier of Christ" =-)

I just thought it was interesting & would be very cool to have AFTER the Japan pre-sale tix & BEFORE the One Night Alone Live set is released.

What u all think bout the Non-existance of the chat?

I would not go to any NPGmc chat becuz I would hate to mingle with all them peeps who are just there becuz Prince himself might be.

I remember it.

It was on a weekend and i just got through mowing the yard. i flipped on the 'ol PC, grabbed a lemonade and watched a lot of stuff on there. I also remember reading on hear, days later, that there were people on the chat posing as paisley park staff and rambling about a lot of stuff to get a rise out of people.

Not sure of the validity of that, but when I read the Ozzy statement, I had to scratch my head as well as with some of the previously unrealeased albums possibly surfacing. It just didn't sound right.

Paisley Park's questions always seem go like:

"If we produced this, would you buy it?"
"If we went to your town, would you come?"
"Downloads or CD's, which would you pay for?"

and "we have no information on that, do you?"
(had to throw that one in, ha ha)

Yes you are correct...This was also a part of the agreement when we handed over our $100. It clearly states WE can communicate directly with "PRINCE and NPG will have an open chat from time 2 time during the year 2002" But as somebody said...IMHO I dont want to chat with them ...I just want what I paid for...at least my other 3 CD's not a boxed set...this was not a part of the agreement.

you all have it wrong -the "live" chats have & do happen-it just can be found here at prince.org! oh! i guess NPGMC forgot to tell all it's members-don't worry -the e-mails coming keep a lookout at your doorsteps!lol
