I have been here since 2000 and the mods have been fine to me personally.

I can only speak for myself: I don't disagree with decisions that have been made.
I do disagree with the manner of enforcement. There's been inappropropriate, undeserved, thoughtless statements made, that I simply don't appreciate. It reflects a lack of maturity and inability to act, with a level of competency. 99% of the mods are cool.
When decisions are made, state clearly what it is, then org note the individual and state why.

The current moderators see themselves as part of this community and not above it, and that's saying a lot.

And to be honest that's surprising considering the unhelpful leeway they have.

Fair: unbiased;just;equitable, in accordance with the rules.
I think enforcement of the rules has been fair regarding myself.
I haven't been singled out that I'm aware of....

i know i was banned 2 times for made up violations and the mod that did so ignored my questions as to why i was....

u got banned twice b/c of flaming others on threads?. if so, then the Mods made the right choices.

Most mods are cool and fair IMO, I have had run ins with one mod lately and I do believe he is not fair, and his actions as a mod, should really be questioned.

Yes, I agree and it was not acceptable for it's poor actions against u.

I sometimes wish that we could vote certain mods off the island (that unhelpful leeway in action), but on the whole, they do a great job.

It still does not give u the right to abuse people in forums that u don’t moderate and u have used your “moderator” power to gain advantage. U are starting it up again in here, baiting red and hoping to get this thread removed.

nope but u are using the "moderator" level, a member can get banned but a moderator can't, see the difference? or u are just plain stupid?

I just went back and looked at my records and the open to mod records we all post and this is what I found that I informed YOU and the other mods as reason for banning you

I always intend to be a fair as I possibly can.

When I feel I can not, I am the 1st to reach out to a fellow mod (s) and ask for insight from their perspective (s).

Then I wait before making any choices until I am in balance
