PRINCE on VINYL

Got SOTT on vinyl today (from ebay)... it sounds about a zillion times better than the CD.

And the first time I heard "Parade" on vinyl (after listening to the CD for years), I could not believe the difference in the sound quality. It was like listening to a different album.

Listening to Prince's old stuff on vinyl is like seeing a movie in a theater.. listening to the CDs is like watching a crappy VHS copy of the same movie.

I agree. The records generally sound better; that is if you have a decent turntable. But I need to get another SOTT, because mine skips on The Cross. I wish NPGMC would offer their new downloads on vinyl.
