Alright, now that it seems quite likely that "Beautiful Loved and Blessed" is on Tamar's album and NOT Prince's, do we know a release date for it? A rumour?

Or maybe it's on 3121 after all. I wouldn't mind. If I like it!

these one-track CD singles are getting very silly. i'm guessing they're a technicality to ween folks into buying singles online. i can't think of any other logical reason for these things. has prince really gotten so stingy that he won't even put a b-side on his singles anymore? shee!

I think it's ridiculous, and Anx is most likely correct - it's a ploy to get people to buy digital downloads.

They've been systematically destroying the physical singles market for years. If they are gonna release it on CD, they could make it worthwhile - otherwise they should bother and just save on the manufacturing and distribution costs and just serve it up as a download.
