What's the deal with the bags under the eyes? I remember just 6 years ago he looked flawless, then right around Musicology release he looks tired all the time, but wears tons of makeup to cover it up. I have watched the muchmoremusic performance about 50 times. Huge bags and lines around his eyes and forehead and again noticed on SNL when he creases his face at one point.

I always assumed Prince was really conscious of his looks and is this just lack of sleep? He's definitely looking his age now which seems weird to me. I guess as a fan you want him to still look young, but he ain't anymore. Just an observation. He still looks good though.

Have you ever seen a picture of his father?

In my opinion he should stop wearing his make-up, and just show his age. These kind of aspects only take away the attention of whats more important, his music!

I mean, does anyone ever question the bags / wrinkles / lack of make-up that most popular artists around his age show? I mean, REAL musicfans dont give a fuck if people like Bono, Michael Stipe or Dr. Dre have bags under his eyes.

Opinions differ. I love Prince as an musician and I get sometimes very annoyed when mosts of the posts on here seem to deal with his bags, his butt, his outfit. That it does make an impact on you doesnt mean i should feel sorry for 'his bags'.

Thats freedom of expression, and it has nothing to do with being against people who care for 'bags', but with being annoyed by the BEHAVIOUR of those peeps sometimes.

I think the makeup is doing more to show his aging skin than conceal it. He uses waaaaay too much concealer under his eyes. He should just go natural and get all Marlboro Man on us. That would probably be pretty hot.
