Now, Graycap (& PLEASE take no offense because no offense is meant), u don't make urself sound very reliable when u say stuff such as "we're gonna c who's gonna feel dumb & apologize when y'all see i'm telling the truth." Such words sound a bit... immature, don't they? I WANT 2 believe u (who wouldn't?) but i also fail 2 understand why u 1st said that, if this was a hoax, the person who told it 2 u would b in deep trouble, THEN eventually revealed that this person was Prince himself. Obviously there is a big contradiction here...

I've been on the org for a few years now, and I'm usually discouraged when a thread reaches 8 pages or more. Most of the time everything you want to know is posted within the first 3, and last 2 pages (you can usually skip the middle; because, as with this post, there's a bunch of tit for tat back and forth name calling in the middle). I have to say, that this is one of the first threads that I've read in it's entirety in a very long time. Why? Because, as with most of us here on the org, we're bored. Right now is such a dark time for us. Prince drops an album, and does little to promote it. Perhaps we're expecting too much after the media blitz of "Musicology"; but for me the "3121" hype is over. The "historical release" has somewhat fizzled into "just a good Prince album". So all this to say; whether this "N.E.W.S" is factual or fiction... WHO CARES? It's a fun read, it's a moment of hope. Even if it is "FALSE HOPE".

why does this sound like the hype surrounding 3121 which never materialized by the way?
