Am I the only one or does anyone else love that song Baby on the For You album. It is a song about Prince and his girlfriend and she is pregnant. Those of you who know it let me know what you think. I love his pretty falsetto and the harmonies. When I listen to it I can really believe he has been in this situation. The whole song to me is beautiful beginning to end.

Yeah it's a very nice song.I like the instrumental also.There is a part in the instrumental where you would swear he could sing I HATE U...I HATE U in it.If you have the inst version play it and see if you can feel the part i'm talking about.

Great song, I love it. It's one of my favourites from that album, oh! and Just As Long As We're Together.

The only thing I would criticise on Baby is that the baby should have EYES like Prince - not hers!

Related to this topic, I think the song "Let's Have a Baby" is very cool too.

How many Prince songs can anyone think of that deal with his the subject of makin' a baby? Since I know a few people who are going through this, it might me fun putting together a baby-disc for them.

How about "Muse 2 the Pharaoh" and "If I was Your Girlfriend."

the song seems Odd to me because of the Vibe He is bringing with it.I think because after His first two Albums He took a Rawer Vibe.His Content Changed alot.on this Song He was a Pre-Cursor to Maxwell with that Vibe.this Song IMHO has a Michael Jackson,Earth,Wind&Fire Influence.funny hearing this Song&thinking to the "1999" Album hearing "Little Red Corvette"&Hearing the Line Pocket full of Trojans.the Guy did a Flip indeed.

I know it's kinda cheesy, but at least she understood how I felt.

THAT'S WHY I'M A PRINCE FAN! Because he feels me, he always knows. Seems as if he's been in every situation I have, and he wrote a song about it, to help me through it. What more could you ask for from you fav artist.
