Santana's "Supernatural"... at #13?!?!?

Puh-leeeeeze.

I love Santana, and he's had some brilliant work, but "Supernatural" is the artistic equivalent of "Rave un2 the Joy Fantastic", only it was actually successful.

These lists are absurd. What annoys me is that they call it the 'Definitive 200 Albums' instead of the '200 Definitive Pop/Rock Albums'.
If this were a true list of the definitive 200, at least 1/4 would have to be jazz, and that's not even considering other styles like gospel, classical and blues. They always just throw in a Miles Davis album to make it seem more legit.
The choices are are also really clichéd: do we really need another list to tell us that Songs in the Key of Life and Sgt. Pepper's are classics?
Personally . I think we are all Boring with No Lives cause all we do is talk about Prince,Criticize and Gossip. I need a Horny Man is what I Need and probably so do most of yas. We are Sexually Frustrated what we R... Amen..!!! - zelaire

I'm happy Prince is on the list but, those lists are always crazy and meaningful. They never go by the true fans opinions. Just a bunch of snooty jerks in suits and ties. Let's Go Crazy!

they just chose the most popular album or the one that represents their
sound in it's best way from the succesfull artists.
I can agree with a lot of these albums, but:

-I disagree with the place of a lot of albums in this list;
Shania Twain at nr 21???Norah Jones at 27???
Big Willie Style,50 Cent,Nelly,Top Gun?? eek

Jay-Z's Black album is better than The Blueprint,
The Beatles'White album is their best imo,
and so on....
-I like Metallica but 2 many albums are in the list.

I don't want to even look at that list...one thing I hate are "musical lists"
which consist of critic dimwits and their opions, usually the more obscure the band the higher they rate.
Those jerks that come up with them are usually some bow-tie 400lb wanna be, with a stick in their ass! I haven't seen it and I'm gettin' worked up!!!
If there are 200lps Prince should have about4-5 on there, and I say that not being partial to Prince.
