What's a good price for Crystal Ball?

I am looking into getting this set,but some of the prices that I am coming up with are really high. So how much is to much,cause am seeing as high as $100 for it.

I see it pretty frequently around here in used record shops, and usually it's priced anywhere from $20-$35, which seems fair to me.

Anything over $40 is pushing it though!

Yeah, I would say $20 - $30.

$100 would only be if it's the 5-disc version with Kamasutra included. In that 'Crystal Ball' packaging.

I bought this about 6 months ago on Amazon U.S.A for about £35 (£15) even with the postage to the UK it was still cheaper than buying on Amazon UK. I was looking in all the second hand record stores near where I live also, I could'nt see it at the time, but 3 months after I bought it, the second hand shop was selling it for £4.

Was it new or used? I was looking online for used CD shops,and found a UK shop that was selling the CB Set for $420.00 for that kind of money I would expect Prince to pop out,and sing the songs himself.

I had two of them and waited at the record shop when they opened to get mine. but it got messed up on the storm.

WOW, did not know that the 5 CD set trades for this much... I have it, received it actually pretty quickly after I ordered it through, what was it, 1-800-newfunk or something. Even got sent a T-Shirt with it ("I loike funky music - I love safe sex" or something in that line, Lovesexy style), and later on for free a cassette single with War on it...

Will sell all together (T-Shirt will be washed) for highest bidder, must be 4 figures...

It was used, but I have bought loads of cd's in that shop, they are in good condition, I might go back to see if they have another and sell it for £200, just kidding. I have also seen emancipation in there for £3. I paid £4 for it last year. I also bought loads of P cd singles in there for about £2. I have also seen the one you mentioned $420, so it's worth waiting awhile and shop around.

Yes! I finally found a complete used set with no scratches,case,and booklet for $27 including shipping.
