Okay so I am a lil late jumping on the band wagon when it comes 2 this one ! But this is deffintly one of the baddest ass songs that I have ever heard by Prince ! Love everything about it,the guitar.,his voice,the rhythm,and especially the lyrics ! This is deffintely gonna be on repeat 4 the next week or so !

I believe he says "My only competition is well in the past" as stated in IR's quote. For some reason, when I heard that line, I thought of his competition as "Jimi Hendrix" but that's just my opinion. (shucks, ..now I have to find my cd and listen to the song again to be sure he said that.)

I've listened to it again and I stand by what I said, the line is "my only competition is well, me in the past."
