They are custom. He has a shop in Paisley Park with staff that is always making stuff. If he needs a pair of basketball shorts his staff may run down to Macy's boy's section to buy him some (according to Kevin Smith). Otherwise, everything comes from Paisley Park Prime aka The Kid
