This song is so important, the lyrcs are brilliant. Without god there is nothing, trust in him and you will have everything! Nationalism and politics are not going to fix the holes in this earth and poeple living on it. We need to take care of eachother and show appreciation for the one who created all things! I was recently reading some conspiracy theories online. A supposed insider claimed that our government has concluded that due to the depletion of the earths recources, climate changes and overpopulation, much of human kind will enevitably meet its demise soon. He went on to say that the powers that be are planning to escape underground or to another planet and the chosen ones have already been selected. The rest will either be used as slave labor or left to fend for themselves. All I could think about while reading this stuff was, that's The War Prince was talking about!!!

Anyway, it's one of my all time favorite songs. I actually didin't really get it the first time I listened to it. I sit it aside for years (I almost never do that with Prince's music) before checking it out again. Then I was hooked. The guitar solo is amazing!! I've since, lost the tape:( Is this available on cd??
