That is really kewl that Bette appreciates P's humor and wit.

He doesn't get enough credit for his wit and intelligence.

Even if you don't like a song by Prince or even if the song is kind of trite the lyrics are very clever and witty.

'Raspberry Beret' is just one of the many P songs with great and clever lyrics.

Nice, Bette is a gem.

I love Bette Midler! She is so vivacious and talented. Always smiling and very funny. Wit recognizes Wit. Its amazing how many people speak affectionately of Prince

I adore Bette Midler, and She has a beautiful heart as well as incredible talent. I've loved her in concert and own several of her movies.

I am fortunate to own a copy of her book, "The Saga of Baby Divine," That was signed in a San Francisco hospital, when My Uncle who has passed away was enduring treatment for AIDS. She came to visit him.

My Uncle was a Pharmacist and "Barbery Coast Clogger." I have also signed his square on the Quilt that travels. I miss him dearly.
