Great album! I listen to this more tha any other prince album. Not abad song on the entire cd to me. Its actually my favorte cd and wish he would do more rock music like this. | |

the first half is amazing, incl. The Same December, I Like It There, Title track and Dinner With Delores. Plus Zannalee... that's great music..
Imagine if this album had Empty Room, Calhoun Square and What's My Name on it..

Always liked it, I have fond memories of receiving it by post. I was working on a small Greek island with no CD shop back then, so my girlfriend at the time had to send it to me from The Netherlands. Played the hell out of it in the summer of 1996, lots of fun tracks on it. RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time... |

'Tis great. I just glanced at the tracklist and the only ones I couldn't sing on the spot were Right The Wrong, and Dig U Better Dead. I must skip those or make phone calls or something. | |

I wasn't terribly in love with it when it was released, but after Emancipation came out and crushed my hopes
The only two tracks I absolutely can't stand are "Dig U Better Dead" (UGH UGH UGH) and "Had U" (more of something I would just never choose to listen to than something I can't stand though, unlike "Dig U Better Dead" which I just fucking hate). No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

I returned to it with a vengeance. The title track and "Right the Wrong" remain two of my all-time favorite Prince rockers. I know "Right the Wrong" is more country-rock than anything else, but I just love it. I even like how the keyboards are heavily featured on every song.
