Why doesn't PrinceVault include Dr. Fink's information about "When You Were Mine"?

Dr. Fink talked (in that BBC documentary about the vault) about Prince writing WWYM on a balcony of a Florida hotel room. Matter of fact, much of that info was already in the liner notes for The Hits. I pinpointed it to a very specific couple of days (last post of that page), based on Fink's words.

Princevault usually includes information about recording. Not usually writing.

I think they just can't keep up with all the data, they're a small team. They do include composing infos on some pages so I assume if u mail them they'll add it.
