I mean if I was swinging my hair/wig and running down some steps in stilletos hell yeah I'd fall!

I give Beyonce much respect for that. She didn't miss a BEAT! I admire her for that. She kept it moving!!!

I'd imagine that most artists have fallen during a show. I do remember at a Prince show I was close enough to see P's heel slip. He almost bit the dust. A big strip of industrial strength tape stopped his heel from sliding.

But if you've been dancing on stage that long, it's inevitable that you are going to fall eventually.
