That's exactly what I have been saying, but there are those on the Org. who are haters. She is an incredible talent and will be around for a long time to come. As long as she sticks to her own sound and doesn't get wrapped up in the commercial BS she will continue to make great music. | |

If u don't like someone, that makes u a hater? No not at all, there are plenty of people I don't like, but I'm not a hater. I just think that even if you don't like someone it doesn't mean you can't respect them. I can't stand the Beatles but I can respect what they did for Rock n Roll and I definitely respect John Lennon. But you'll never see me playing a Beatles track. You say Alicia is a "poser". What makes her a poser, please elaborate. | |

I'm not a hater but I'm not backflipping over her either. I don't care if she doesn't play piano as well as claimed or made out to be. I just want her to break out more, take a bigger chance do something with a more original sound. But overall I prefer her over most if not all of the other young talents in R&B or in music period. I hope she has continued success and longevity and may she learn to get funky. If you don't change, reality in the end forces that change upon you.--S. Wilde  | |

This is a good song. She is always criticized about sampling others. Who does not sample? I do like her cd. It's not that bad at all to me. Say what you will about her...she has talent & seems to be true at what she does. I think she will get better as long as she stays that way.
