Probably nothing special except it gets sold as any other album iTunes has -- including quite a few albums of Prince's. |

I wonder how disappointed he'd be by this. The whole reason he went with Tidal is because he believed in a service owned by artists.
.
To sell out to a garbage company like Apple would be the ultimate slap in the face. [Edited 6/30/16 17:52pm] |

He didn't sell it yet... It's Apple asking to talk. |

What do you mean what happens to Prince's catalogue?
Prince simply agreed to license his music to Tidal to play/sell.
Prince still owned his music.
The estate still owns Prince's music.
Absolutely nothing changes. Apple will need to get the rights from Prince's estate to list anything that isn't already there.
And apparently, Tidal has NOT been sold, so the entire question is moot anyway |

OP asked "IF Jay z sells....."
No one has stated that it HAS.

Sure. After they edited their post. The 3rd or 4th one on the same topic active on this forum linking to a news article that doesn't mention Prince one time.
