Why can't newbies ask questions like :'does Prince have children ?' without the thread getting locked , and no information about the reason why ?

later tonight i'm gonna start up a thread where ya'll can add on the usual FAQs that people ask...maybe this'll help the number of annoying threads wind down. locking this up now.
