Well, for one I'm neither rich nor famous -it's a bit hard to name-drop a relative "nobody" isn't it? If the point of releasing reports of these parties is to get attention, the more big names the better. When Puffditty, Star Jones, Jay-Z, etc., were throwing those "White" parties in the Hamptons I don't recall their "fans" having a hissy because it was celeb party which someone (be it E-Online or a random fan with a hook-up) blathered on about it. Because I expect MORE from Prince. People like 'puffditty' aren't even worth mentioning when it come to music. Prince is one of the greatest musicians around. His music used to be liberatory, and he always struggled to keep it in the realm of art. If he's gonna devolve into some celebrity-culture bullshit then fuck him, he's a traitor. |

He's also a grown man that can do as he pleases in his house and invite anyone he sees fit. And you have absolutely no say whatsoever. His music has nothing to do with whether he decides to give a party here and there and invite other celebrities.
