The Official Michael Jackson in Court Thread XIV: The Deliberation

The Official Michael Jackson in Court Thread XIV: The Deliberation

Wow... this is finally coming to an end. Did the prosecution create guilt by a reasonable doubt? Did the defense create reasonable doubt?

We shall soon find out. (Vol.II) neutral

If the jury are bright they'll see it for what it is.
But sometimes a jury ain't bright.

I haven't commented here much if at all but I'm glad this thing is winding down. This trial needs to be nipped in the bud. I hope that justice prevails in this. I believe it could go 50/50. If MJ did it , they need to fry him up but if not, then leave the man alone for God's sake.

I hope that all of the Michael Jackson fans here and around the world don't go crazy or do something harmful to themselves or others if the verdict doesn't go in their favor. My heart goes out to y'all. I used to LOVE MJ as a kid and it has to hurt to see all of this go down this way. Keep the faith.

If it's a quick turnaround, MJ goes free. If it's a long turnaround, MJ goes free because it means someone's holding out. But if it takes them more than a couple of days but less than a week I'd be worried if I were MJ.

It won't be the evidence of molestation of the accuser that will sink Michael. It will be the alleged pattern of bad acts in conformity with the alleged molestation that will sink him. If the jurors believe MJ did those other things, then they'll convict him just to get him off the street (it sounds so strange saying that MJ is so dangerous he needs to be off the street, but still).

Problem is, I doubt we'll ever know for sure what happened. I feel for everyone that was hurt by this, be it the accuser or MJ and his family.

But MJ? If you beat the rap, please leave them boys alone. Forever!!!!!

I've gotta be honest, I won't be shocked if they convict him of molestation. Having said that, I won't be shocked if he gets off on those charges BUT I think they'll get him for the alcohol to minors. I really believe that. Conspiracy charges were blown out of the water before the defense got to try the case. We'll just wait and see.
