MJ is fucked
he shouldn't have delayed his trial and the nice judge has to wait? I don't think so
3 million dollars it is!!!

oh really, and since you have a patent for truth? DAMN IT!!!!

Do you guys ever have any feelings for others at all? I don´t fucking care what it is - if it´s his back or if he just couldn´t take it anymore. Can you put yourself in his shoes????

Believe it or not, but I was once arrasted by accident in England (for allegedly breaking someone´s window), they put me in jail without letting me anything explain and left me there for a day. God I almost got a nervous breakdown and that was NOTHING compared to what he´s going through now. Actually I really admire the way he´s handling it.

He's handling it by not coming to trial
You admire that???

This is what I'm talking about.

MJ may be innocent, but he looked guilty when he did that documentary. Which is why he got indicted, let's be real about it.

Now, with the trial going pretty well for him, why would he decide not to show up, ESPECIALLY when his accuser is on the stand? Wheel yourself in, do whatever you need to do. The judge gave him a get out of trial free card once when he got sick. He won't do it twice, ESPECIALLY with no notice.

The jury will remember this.

Sad.

This shit is sometimes too much to take.

No, I don't feel for the (former, is it now?) billionaire pop star on trial. So sue me. He can handle his own life. The fact that he's an idiot doing a shitty job of it doesn't spur empathy in me - why should it?

The moron will probably dance on top of his car when he arrives. "Back problem"? Reminds me of Sigourney Weaver's con artist in Heartbreakers: "That's the problem with these injuries. One minute you're dancing and the next minute you're a crumpled heap on the floor."

MJ in PJ's in court....just in the nick of time.

Michael Jackson arrived late to his child molestation trial Thursday to face a judge who threatened to arrest him and revoke his $3 million bail.

Jackson, who was said to have been treated at a hospital for a back problem, walked gingerly from his car to the courthouse, failing to beat a one-hour deadline the judge had set before activating an arrest warrant.

Jackson wore a jacket over pajama bottoms and slippers and appeared to be in pain. His movements were hesitant as he took little steps. He turned to acknowledge fans on his way in.

Superior Court Judge Rodney S. Melville had held onto the arrest warrant to give Jackson one hour to reach court from a hospital where his attorney told the court the singer was being treated for a serious back problem.

The flurry of activity began a day that was already expected to be eventful, with Jackson's accuser returning to the stand to testify about the key allegations against the singer.

I feel for the man, but he is a defendant out on bail pending the outcome of a criminal trial. 99.999% of criminal defendants would not have this luxury. And there is a JURY WITH HIS LIFE IN THEIR HANDS watching all of this. This could be the biggest wound he suffers in this trial, and it is self-inflicted.

* Michael went to the hospital at 5:30 A.M

* Michael called Mez and told him he was in the hospital

* The doctor called the judge but the judge didn't want to hear it

As it should be. The judge is tired of the antics and is committed into keeping this trial serious. And he's trying to treat MJ like he would anyone else. He's been VERY leanient, if you ask me.

I don't think any of us hate MJ...seriously. But you have to admit, it's very freaky like...and quite surreal. MJ in his PJ's...COME ON!

CNN just reported that the judge told the jury to not infer Michael's guilt because he was late and the judge ordered a bench warrant held. CNN reporter says it seems like the Judge is satisfied that Michael had good reason to be late.

Michael Jackson has been given more leeway than any other criminal defendant would have. ANY other criminal defendant. A back problem is serious, no doubt, but that doesn't keep the trial from rolling on like, say, the flu does. "Mez" knew he was gonna hear it from the judge when MJ supposedly called.

You do not piss off a judge. MJ's done it twice. I know a few judges who would have issued that warrant.

He is VERY lucky.
