If MJ doesn't have a problem with his back, it looks bad to judge and jury. I can kind of understand him not wanting to hear Gavin and Sneddon blathering on for for two days straight with no chance for Mez to cross examine, but the fact is he has to be there. Mesereau was making alot of headway on MJ's behalf, that good work could be undone by yet another one of Mike's silly moments. He can't risk behaving like that anymore.

Still on his side though! wink

hey, I am FEMALE!!!!!

luv4oneanotha... I know how you feel. I am sick of it as well. This week there were NO news on our TV about the case, yet this delay made headlines!! And what do you think they talked about? They just quoted Gavin´s testimony, yet the fact that his siblings were more than "weak" was not mentioned.

And reading some of the comments over here haven´t made me feel any better.

I feel for the man, but he is a defendant out on bail pending the outcome of a criminal trial. 99.999% of criminal defendants would not have this luxury. And there is a JURY WITH HIS LIFE IN THEIR HANDS watching all of this. This could be the biggest wound he suffers in this trial, and it is self-inflicted.

sorry Ma'am! lol

tabloids in England have been very reluctant to mention Mez's sterling work when cross examining (usually three or four lines at the end of a lengthy article) infact i've noticed there's something of a pattern emerging.

So far this week, we've had MJ at the world cup next year, James DeBarges Bubbles story, MJ's financial woes, next week when Gavins testimony is getting ripped apart, no doubt we'll be back to a good old news story about his nose.

Hardly fair and balanced reporting.

please ..this is so fake. He played it well till he TURNED AROUND BENDING his BACK to wave to fans....and then continued to troll along pretending to walk slowly.

He should be on suicide watch any day now. Not that I hope he does, just that it's inevitable it seems.

Well you're not MJ. You can't begin to imagine the pressure he's under. Not to mention having to sit and wait while people try to dissect every aspect of your life, and let's just say not even truthfully either.

Don't be ridiculous. There are many types of back problems, some of which don't prohibit you from turning around.

Michael's not used to the mundane routine of sitting in a chair all day long, day after day. I know when i got my first desk job my back was killing me after a week.

It happens.

Calm down! I've got it under control. After analysing the situation I came to the conclusion that the week after next may be the next arrival highlight.

Your thoughts, please. Here are mine...

- We r going to see a major car crash. MJ's SUV will arrive with full speed then, after hitting some CourtTV reporters, taking off into the courthouse roof. Some mintues later MJ will give us the 'V'! Car will stick there till trial is over.

- More pity stuff. One Word: Wheelchair!

Sneddon is trying to prove via a DVD and an alarm technician that the bells on Michael's alarm system in his bedroom wouldn't have alerted him to stars presence while he was supposedly fiddling with Gavin.

Originally the prosecution were implying the alarm was there to alert MJ to anyone entering the room if he was in the process of molesting a kid. I wish they'd make their bloody minds up.

Sneddon is a joke.

exactly. i don't care if he was the queen of fuckin sheba, he brought all this pressure upon himself by hangin out with all these kids and lettin himself be victimized like this. it's totally all his own doing--you can point fingers at those who you think are out to get 'im but when push comes to shove, it's all on him.

like i said, you think a brotha woulda learned his lesson when this first popped up 10 or so years ago, but nope!

I don't want him to go to jail if he's innocent but sometimes I think jail is the only thing that will snap him back to reality. If that's possible.

ANd if he does get off. I really really hope the judge gives him the advice of "maybe you shouldn't have other peoples kids around you anymore...at least not on a personal basis"

Sorry, but no. Really. His behaviour might be radical at times but that doesn't mean that he should be accused of such a thing.
Although I agree of course that it'd surely be better to stop with those sleep-overs and such. But I guess he's through with it as well.
